In order to better serve our clients, we have developed two designs:

Shut-off StyleThe shut-off style valve utilizes seats inline with the flow path providing a double block and bleed function to isolate the pig chamber from the flow line and eliminate the requirement for additional shut-off valves. Product range is from 2" to 4" flange connections.

The shut-off style is best suited for low pressure systems where shutting in the production prior to launching a pig is desired to build back-pressure.

Bypass StyleThe bypass style valve provides continuous flowing in all valve positions by isolating the launching chamber from the flow line and not closing in the flow line. This style is utilized where it is desired not to interupt flow during the pigging operation. The bypass is integral in the valve body and provides approximately 35% flow capacity during the pigging operation. Product range is from 2" to 6" flange connections.

The bypass style provides continued flow and is thus best suited for production systems that have higher operating pressure or where continuous flow is desired during pigging operation.
